This Privacy Notice explains how DressyLab ("we", "us") collects and processes personal data when you use the DressyLab website and AI fashion try-on service (the "Service"). We act as the data controller for the personal data described below.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, login credentials, country, profile preferences.
- Content: garment images, generated try-on images, prompts, project metadata, support messages you send us.
- Usage & device data: pages visited, features used, generation history, IP address, browser/device identifiers, log and telemetry data.
- Billing data: plan, credit balance, transaction history. Card and crypto payment details are collected directly by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
2. Purposes & legal basis
- Provide the Service (contract): create your account, run AI generations, deliver outputs, manage credits.
- Security & fraud prevention (legitimate interest): protect the Service and our users.
- Customer support (contract / legitimate interest).
- Product improvement & analytics (legitimate interest).
- Legal compliance (legal obligation): tax, accounting, responding to lawful requests.
- Marketing communications (consent, where required).
3. How long we keep data
We keep account and content data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer needed for the purposes above.
4. Sharing & subprocessors
We share personal data only with:
- Hosting & infrastructure providers that operate our application, database, and storage.
- AI model providers that process prompts and images to generate outputs.
- Payment processors that handle card, crypto, and local-wallet payments and refunds.
- Email delivery providers for transactional messages.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.
5. International transfers
Some recipients above may process data outside your country. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. Your rights
Subject to local law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, port your data, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email support@dressylab.com. We aim to respond within one month.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege credentials, audit logging) to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to minimise risk.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We may use limited analytics to understand product usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
