Refund Policy

DressyLab is operated by DressyLab. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when you can receive a refund for credit purchases and when refunds are not available.
1. Eligible refunds
We will refund your payment or restore credits in the following situations:
- Failed generations: If an AI generation fails for technical reasons, the credits consumed are automatically reversed back to your wallet — no refund request is needed for those credits.
- Images not created: If something goes wrong and the Service does not deliver the expected outputs (e.g. server error, timeout, or blank result), contact us and we will refund the credits or the money for that failed attempt.
2. Non-refundable cases
We do not refund money or credits once they have been used by our AI. When a generation completes successfully, the AI has already consumed compute resources, so the credits are considered spent and cannot be returned. This includes cases where you simply do not like the style, colour, or composition of a successful output.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund for an eligible issue, email support@dressylab.com with your order or transaction ID and a brief description of what went wrong. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
4. Crypto payments
Crypto top-ups are processed on the blockchain. If a crypto payment cannot be credited (e.g. the invoice expired before the transaction confirmed), contact support and we will work with you to resolve it.
