1. Who you are contracting with

The DressyLab service (the "Service") is provided by DressyLab ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The Service

DressyLab provides AI-generated fashion imagery, including garment-on-mannequin and try-on previews, based on inputs you supply. Outputs are produced by machine-learning models and may contain inaccuracies or artefacts.

3. Account & accuracy

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not allow anyone to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to infringe any third party's rights;
• upload content you do not have the rights to use;
• generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes of real people without consent, hate speech, harassment, or content that incites violence;
• attempt to jailbreak, bypass safety filters, reverse engineer, or interfere with the security of the Service (including scraping, probing, or malware);
• resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or its outputs as a competing AI tool.

You are responsible for your prompts, your inputs, your use of outputs, and for verifying that outputs are suitable and lawful for your intended use. Outputs may not be suitable for regulated professional advice without human oversight.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including our software, models, branding and documentation. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and the outputs you generate for your own business purposes. You retain ownership of your inputs; you grant us a limited licence to host and process inputs and outputs solely to provide and improve the Service.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact support@dressylab.com with details. We may remove infringing content and terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

6. Payments, billing & refunds

We offer credit packs and subscriptions that can be purchased through the payment methods available in your region (card, crypto, or local wallets). Payment processing, tax, invoicing and refund mechanics are handled by the relevant payment providers.

Credits purchased through the Service are consumed when AI generations run. Failed generations are automatically reversed to your credit balance. See our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for: material breach of these Terms; non-payment; suspected fraud or security risk; or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud, death, or personal injury).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your inputs, your use of outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
